Where does MIVORA KIDS ship?

We aim to serve families internationally. Shipping availability, rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on the destination.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the destination and fulfillment location. The estimate shown at checkout is the best guide for your order. Please allow additional time during peak periods, customs processing or carrier disruptions.

Will I receive tracking?

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order has been processed and dispatched. Tracking may take a short time to update after shipment.

Can items in the same order arrive separately?

Yes. Some products may be fulfilled separately, so a multi-item order can arrive in more than one package. You will not be charged again simply because an order is split into multiple shipments.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. We will try to help before fulfillment begins, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been fulfilled, we will try to correct it. Once a parcel has shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact MIVORA KIDS support promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate next step.

Are payments secure?

Payments are processed through the secure payment methods made available at Shopify checkout. MIVORA KIDS does not ask customers to send card details by email or message.

How do bundles work?

Bundles combine selected MIVORA KIDS products at a special bundle price. Included products, available colors and designs are shown on each bundle page and remain subject to stock availability.
